| Summary: | The article is devoted to the study of procedural guarantees of the realization of the right to appeal to the court of citizens and organizations for the protection of rights and legitimate interests. The existing guarantees of protection of rights and legitimate interests existing in civil and arbitration processes are considered. As a result of the study of the legal framework, the author makes a number of proposals for the further improvement of the civil procedural and arbitration procedural legislation aimed at ensuring the realization of the right of citizens and organizations to apply to the court for the protection of rights and legitimate interests. |
