| description | The article deals with the basic aspects of public administration of road transportation
in the Soviet Union, particularly in the Ukrainian SSR. With improved performance

Peculiarities of legal regulation of state control are analyzed. The basis of the analysis
at different stages of development of Ukrainian society assigned management study road
transportation, forms and methods of operation of the regulatory mechanisms of coordination
and cooperation in such control in road transport.
Reveals the order of a system of public administration bodies in monitoring the functioning
of road transport in Ukraine, which a long way went making. The account of the
facts of these processes, events certainly influenced and continue to influence the further
development of the sector of the state economy. |
