In particular, the aim was to find out how to encourage learners to recognize their existing potential in order to achieve their learning goals and to learn autonomously. In this sense, learners design their learning process with the help of learning counseling, planning and reflecting on their own learning process. The concept proposed in this study could be a suggestion to offer language learning consultancy in language courses in order to promote autonomous learning.
