Como una prueba de la inconsistencia de este planteo, la asimilación de la teoría ergódica al modelo propensionalista permite demostrar su carácter metafísico y la consiguiente subjetividad en la asignación de las probabilidades.

Abstract
Basing their ideas on the exchangeability property, on the postulates of the representation theorem and on its interpretation in the ambit of ergodic theory, some authors believed to find a counter example to the subjetivist model, according to “the probability does not exist”, through the theoretical justification of the existence of an objective probability. As a proof of the inconsistency of this reasoning, the assimilation of the ergodic theory to the propensionalist model allows the domonstration of its metaphysical character and the resulting subjectivity in the assignment of probabilities.
