Although it does not yet benefit from a concrete definition or a precise limitation, morality is, first of all, the object of study of ethics, as a philosophical discipline, but when it interferes with the legal norm,
inevitably a theorizing from its legal perspective becomes imminent. Plurivalent subject, but also constant of our social life, morality remains one of the most complex and controversial topics, not only in legal doctrine, but also in philosophy. |
