Difficulties in diagnosis of brachial plexus close injury establishment in a combination with craniocerebral trauma consist of differential diagnostics pathogeneses infringements of top finiteness movements — the central or peripheral type of a paralysis. The clinical picture of brachial plexus closed injury peculiarities was investigated with an estimation of symptoms value and methods of inspection. |
