Summary:To resolve problems of power quality given rise to by the integration of large-scale distributed photovoltaic power generation, the paper analyzes the influence of bipolar SPWM control algorithm on the harmonic characteristics of inverters as well as the influence of constant power control strategy on control algorithm of controllers. The relationship between mechanisms of the power of the photovoltaic power supply and the amplitude of the modulated signal is analyzed to derive a function expression between power of power generation and post-integration harmonic voltage. Moreover, a harmonic source mechanism model of photovoltaic power generation is established. PSCAD is used to build a photovoltaic power generation model. Under the condition of power uncertainties and fluctuations of power generation, the harmonic current injected into the grid and the harmonic voltage connected to the grid are measured and compared with the theoretical values calculated by the harmonic source mechanism model. The rationality of the harmonic source mechanism model is verified.
