The aim of this paper is to shed light on several aspects of this relation, as well as their explanations in the scientific literature. First of all, the tie between the state, the army and the technology has prompted many authors to point to the far-reaching social consequences of such a complex of power. In addition, the military technology, exactly because of its association with the state, is characterized by a range of specific features that require special analysis. Finally, the technology may be a multiplier of the military power, and thus, indirectly, of the political power.
