| description | RESUMO: O presente artigo procura analisar o componente afetivo na esfera dos valores e
dos comportamentos humanos, relacionando-o às questões ligadas ao processo de
envelhecimento e o lazer. Destaca-se a íntima relação existente entre afeto e emoção e a
fundamental importância que tal ligação assume na nossa vida. Nesse sentido, a discussão
aponta para a necessidade de se investir na afetividade para a construção e aprimoramento
de relações interpessoais mais harmoniosas, construtivas, que, em última análise,
favoreçam a vida. Aponta, ainda, a velhice como época de muitas carências e, ainda, sujeita
a preconceitos que limitam as possibilidades dos idosos. Neste contexto, o lazer é
visualizado como uma possibilidade de melhoria da qualidade de vida das pessoas, que
permite ao idoso a ressignificação emocional de seu lazer, revertendo valores e
comportamentos, deixando fluir a espontaneidade, a alegria, o prazer de viver. Por fim, o
artigo procura relativizar a crítica que se faz à denominada glamourização da velhice
defendendo a iniciativa de valorizar a velhice como uma fase da vida onde as pessoas
podem e devem se sentir orgulhosas da idade que têm, realizadas e contentes com o que são
e o que fazem, em contraponto à visão de inutilidade, recolhimento e decrepitude, comum
na sociedade.
AFFECTION, OLD AGE AND LEISURE
ABSTRACT: This article attempts to analyze the emotional component in the sphere of
human values and behavior by linking it to issues related to the aging process and leisure. It
is the intimate relationship between affection and emotion and the crucial link that takes in
our lives. Accordingly, the discussion points to the need to invest in affection for the
construction and improvement of interpersonal relations more harmonious, constructive,
which ultimately encourage life. Points, and the time of old age as many shortcomings and,
moreover, subject to prejudices that limit the possibilities of the elderly. In this context,
leisure is viewed as an opportunity to improve the quality of life of people, which allows
the elderly to re emotional for your leisure, reversing values and behaviors, leaving the flow
spontaneity, the joy, the pleasure of living. Finally, the article attempts to relativize the
criticism is called glamorized of old age defending the initiative to raise the age as a stage
of life where people can and should feel proud of age who have performed and are happy
with what and what they do, in contrast to the vision of futility, collecting and decrepitude,
common in society. |
