In this paper, we will talk about how this significant revolution influences, perhaps implements freedom and security and the consequent trade-off between the latters. We will start with some preliminary considerations about the formation of the State and how Global Governance compromises the ancient equilibrium, trying to establish a more open and internationalized worldwide community.
