Description
Summary:In article the processes of intercellular adhesion in unchanged proliferating endometrium, hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma are surveyed. Expression E-kadherin, β-katenin and claudin-1 at different stages of epithelial neoplastic transformation of endometrium by immunohistochemical method had been estimated. The role of key proteins Wnt-signaling pathway and Claudine-1 in the development of malignant transformation of glandular cells of endometrium was established.
