description it is clear that in our contemporary society where technology has a great influence in our everyday tasks. Education environments are not excluded from this influence. This paper discusses how research is done using Web 2.0 tools and how different Learning Styles are assessed in virtual learning environments designed for two courses of the philosophy program of UNAD. Moreover, it discusses the fact that thanks to the use of techno-pedagogical designs and techno-teaching where these tools are used, we can, on the one hand, identify some learning styles, and on the other, strengthen the way in which students learn when they identify the best style while they develop thinking skills.
