In group 1 (n=13) conducted an empirical therapy, in group 2 (n=46) - surgery followed by hormone therapy, pregnancy rate after treatment was assessed at 6 and 12 months, respectively. In infertile patients with endometriosis ovarian pregnancy rate after completion of empirical therapy and two-step regimen was 30,8 and 43,5%, respectively. |
