| description | The article states that development and application of qualitative standards for labour rating and their wide implementation in production enterprises is an important measure, which gives a possibility to improve the existing technological processes and organisation of labour, thus, to increase efficiency of activity of production enterprises in general. That is why it offers the most rational approach to development of scientifically justified labour standards, which would give a possibility to reduce time, labour and material expenses on their development, which would allow expansion of the sphere of application and increase quality of labour standards at production enterprises.<br>Разработка и применение качественных нормативов для нормирования труда и широкое внедрение их на производственных предприятиях является важным мероприятием, которое дает возможность совершенствовать существующие технологические процессы и организацию труда, тем самым повышать эффективность работы производственных предприятий в целом. Поэтому был предложен наиболее рациональный подход к разработке научно обоснованных нормативов труда, который даст возможность сократить время, трудовые и материальные затраты на их разработку, что позволит расширить сферу применения и повысить качество нормативов труда на производственных предприятиях. |
