| Summary: | We report a case of severe bradyarrythmia with hypotension and extremely large QRS due to proarrhythmic effect of drug combination (amiodarone following infusion of propafenone) for the conversion of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation (PAF) in a 74 year old woman.
