description Accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) technology has been widely applied in many fields due to its high precision and sensitivity. In recent years, with the improvement of AMS technology, the performances of accelerator facilities have been greatly improved, higher stability, better convenience and smaller size. The main work of this paper is based on AMS facility in China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE), with the terminal voltage of 300 kV. The developed sequential measurement system and method for 14C accurate measurement have been successfully used to this AMS device.
