Summary: | The purpose of this research is to improve the performance of search and rescue operations in order to improve airborne assistance at the 4th Air Base of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, it is purposeful, applied and in terms of type, method and descriptive nature / case. The statistical population includes all the pilots and the Rescue Team of the 4th Airborne Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with 30 people (in total). Interviews, questionnaires and library studies were used as a tool for data collection. The findings of the research confirm that the use of different methods of search and rescue and the equipping of helicopters with new equipment will have a significant impact on improving the performance of airborne assistance at this base. The results of the quantitative analysis indicate that 76% of the sample population believe that each of the indicators of the use of optic and thermometric methods to improve the performance of aids in the 4th Air Base of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran Iran are effective. The results of this study indicate that in order to improve the performance of the 4th Air Force Base Airborne Aid in the direction of the search and rescue, the rescue helicopters should be equipped with optical and thermometer cameras and, which the way of use will be at the end of the article. |
