Summary:In the current era, military organizations are increasingly facing a variety of environmental changes, and the proper response to these changes is the basis of their authority and dynamism. According to management thinkers, organizational culture is considered to be the bedrock of any transformation in the organization, and culture adapted to the goals of transformation plays a key role in the success of the change programs. The main objective of this research is to examine the status of organizational culture in one of the military organizations of Iran based on the characteristics of the organizational culture expressed in the general policy of the administrative system, which has been advised by the Supreme Leader. The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this study is all the personnel of the study organization. The statistical sample is 284 people, which is determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling method was simple random sampling and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data. Its validity was confirmed by content method and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. Paired T-test was used to analyze the data. The results and findings of the research showed that there is a significant difference between the present situation and the desired situation in the seven characteristics of the organizational culture studied in the studied society. Finally, according to the findings of the study, there are suggestions for strengthening organizational culture in military organizations.
