| description | This article is an experience report of Residents of a Multiprofessional Residency Program in Collective Mental Health, about the remote work carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in a specialized public service of mental health care in Porto Alegre-RS. As a coping measure, the city has restricted the functioning of mental health services, so that therapeutic groups and workshops were suspended and individual therapies would be held when strictly necessary. Given the impossibility of the usual devices, a remote monitoring system for service users was created, aiming at understanding the mental health situation during isolation and providing basic tools in order to equip them to face the adversities caused by the pandemic, in order to prevent damage in the medium and long term through building this monitoring channel. |
