We perfonned a review of medical records of patients with stroke consulting to the Hospital San Juan de Dios between January 1995 and June 2000 and describe the risk factors and clinical conditions associated with the syndrome in young people. Besides we present a theoretical review of the topic as a preliminary information for further discussion. |
