Summary:INTRODUCTION: The purpose of the study was to determine the views of health personnel composed of physicians, nurses and other health health workers regarding the problems of nurses working in public hospitals, community health and family health centers (TSM / ASM) of the Health Ministry METHODS: This study was conducted with total 940 nurses, 389 physicians and 395 the other health personel working in public hospitals, community health and family health centers in Trabzon. Data was gathered with a questionnaire consist of 8 questions related to demographic charecteristics and 2 open-ended quetions about nurses' problems and the recommendations for their solves. RESULTS: In hospital, 19% of nurses firstly stated that they had not benetif from working capital in the day off/ report form days, 14% of physicians explained that the salary and its raise were insufficient, 14% of the other personnel stated that the working capital had not been distributed fairly to health personnel, In community health and family health centers, 31% of nurses, 32% physicians and 12% of the other health personnel that the salary and its raise were insufficient as nurses' problems. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: All healthcare providers stated that nurses had the problems regarding their payment, institution management and legal regulations
