description Talent management is based on the legitimization that human potentiality can be related to efficient, effective and effective production processes in order to improve service quality. The unit of analysis of the present investigation is the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de la pequeña empresa Biblián Ltda., In which it was possible to demonstrate a poor work performance translated into an inadequate service level and dissatisfaction of the members. Based on this approach, it is proposed to develop a human talent management model that incorporates fundamental aspects of the organization. The methodology used was non-experimental, descriptive and transversal approach. The most relevant results showed flaws in communication, performance, fulfillment of objectives and lack of updating processes.
