| description | This work proposes an approach to the writing of the Italian-Mexican author Fabio Morábito from the volume The mother tongue (2014), and it notes in some of its texts, the crossing of records that enables reading as “literary essays”, which they seem to move in a zone of uncertainty that, at the same time, puts in question limits between “real” and fiction. From certain brief entries that make up this volume, we address his reflection on the process of literary creation, the figure of the writer and the writing between languages -a mark that crosses Morábito himself who, like many contemporary Latin American writers, fulfills that new time of the borgean omen, when the writer is a traveler (a foreigner) and an heir of the culture. |
