Knowledge management is refers to this statement that investments in science leading to best and most profit. On the other hand due to global trends and increasing environmental changes, Organizations have a number of difficulties in the survival and growth of own. In this regard, Innovation as one of the essential components of a company that wants to maintain long term competitive advantage is further considered. Tin the half period 1395 to collect opinions of the people. The obtained results represent a significant impact all four components of the knowledge management on organizational innovation. Also, the results should be expressed knowledge creation is the most effective and sharing of knowledge have the least impact on organizational innovation. At the end of research we present some suggestion that can be useful in Improve the status of each component of knowledge management and organizational innovation. Which can be refer to create user-friendly working conditions, encouraging people to use the knowledge to explain and promote trust in the organization and turn it into the dominant culture among employees and managers? |
