Summary:The aim of the article.The purpose of the research is to analyzethe tendencies of dieselfuel market and detection of existing opportunities for innovation for concrete manufacturer in this sphere. This will enableto choose the better variant of administrative decision and to receive the maximal economic benefit in industrial, marketing and investment activity of the appropriate enterprises in the sphere of raw materials and diesel fuel.The results of the analysis.The functions of diesel fuel marketing at industrial enterprises have been analysed. There have been suggested approaches for carrying out the development of marketing mix.Analysis of market trends in themarket of diesel fuel gives us opportunity to use methodical approach assessment of internal capabilities of the manufacturer external requirements. Targeted research is to understand the market situation in the process of innovative project implementation for production of new diesel improving further marketing activities development of industrial raw materials producers and semi-manufactured products.Conclusions and directions of futher researches.The results of research can be used by domestic oil refining companies to make their own marketing policies more competitive. Oil market is unique. This market has properties for raw materials.Further study of marketing activities in the sphere of diesel fuel, appropriate marketing mix, development of marketing management tools and communication policy in this sphere of activity is very popular.
