CASE: We here present a 70-year-old male patient diagnosed as MSA and REM-behaviour disorder whose cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed “hot cross bun” sign. CONCLUSION: In addition to clinical symptoms, “hot cross bun” sign observed in MRI indicating the presence of degeneration in pons is a very useful finding in the diagnosis of MSA |
