Codifying the etiology, pathogeny and treatment has been attempted; three principal conclusions seem to appear: - The main role of the vagotomy in the genesis of the disease. - The most valuable aids in diagnosis are X -Ray examination and sometimes gastroscopy. - The rlative ease and efficacity ofmedical therapy. |
