description Evaluation of teachers is considered as one of main educational policies and it is a strong strategy to achieve educational development. «Framework for teaching» is one of evaluation models to achieve this goal (Danielson, 1996(. This model consists of four domains of planning, class environment, teaching method, and accountability, each of which describes the teachers’ characteristics and behaviors. Based on the obtained rank in the four mentioned domains, and according to teachers’ competence, they are classified into 4 groups; the performance levels include preliminary, amateur, professional and advanced. This method is based on four-valued logic. Evaluation of teachers by four values leads to failure in relative justice, unrealistic equality and inequalities. Also, there are complexities of evaluation process and probable human errors in this method. In this study, we will develop a solution based on fuzzy system and decision tree evaluation system. In this method, the inputs of the system are based on fuzzy logic. Outputs of fuzzy will be inputs of the decision tree and finally the teachers’ classification would be done using decision tree. This system could be implemented in the software environment and it makes the evaluation process easier and more precisely (93%) than previous method. Overall, this model could be used as a support system of decision making for precise evaluation of educational activities of teachers, their ranking and salary payment in education system.
