Summary:Gamification and the elements of games are quite young tool of engagement market participants. They have been used successfully in the case of management of relations with service purchasers for some time. Simultaneously, the interest of managers in the case of using the gamification programs in the personnel management can be observed. Almost every field of personnel management can be gamificated. The activities connected with the process of recruitment and worker training are the most often. The goal of the article is presenting the most important assumptions of gamification and pointing possibilities of using it in practice of service provider. The article is complemented with the concept of gamification project of the management of service provider personnel.
