| Summary: | Giant cell tumor of the toes are exceptional, especially in children, these tumors typically grow at the ends of the body's long bones. This current case report describes an 10-year-old boy admitted to the department of pediatric orthopedic surgery for a painful tumor of the left fourth toe. Clinical examination revealed a painful mass sits on the distal phalanx of the fourth toe. X-ray showed well-limited osteolysis, and axial deviation of the distal phalanx. For further clarification we ordered an MRI, which was in favor of a giant cell tumor. We proceeded to the large resection of the distal phalanx. The aim of this case is to suggest the existence of this tumor despite the patient's young age and unusual location.
