description The aim of the current research work is to define the role of organizational virtuousness, the independent variable, and its influence upon proactive work behaviors, the dependent variable. Various important measures have been considered to determine the research variables and are discussed in detail. In this study, a total of 354 individuals working in Karbala cement factory was considered among whom the questionnaire was distributed. In order to test the research hypotheses, general confirmatory loading (structural equation modeling), descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and gradient multiple regression analyses were conducted. A number of conclusions was reached out of which the most important is the existence of a significant impact of organizational virtuousness on proactive behavior. The sub-hypotheses also confirmed the presence of a positive moral effect.
