The scale consists of two dimensions including 36 items. 404 teachers working in Şahinbey provience in Gaziantep participated in the study. Firstly, in order to provide linguistic equivalance, the scale was translated into Turkish later English again. In order to find out validity of the profile, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), correlation between dimensions and item-analysis were studied. Correlation between two dimensions was found 0.85. The internal consistency of the scale was found 0.96 and reliability was found 0.89.
