On the basis of routine nursing interventions such as illness condition monitoring, respiratory support, medication care, nutrition support and psychological care, the Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology including auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint application were carried out to relieve the symptoms of cough and abdominal distension.
