Summary:More than half of traffic accidents occur at intersections or its vicinity especially in urban areas. More traffic accidents occur at intersections without traffic signal than at intersections with traffic signal. Approaching from non-preferred road to preference road requires high driving skill. And communications between drivers are important in this area. Communications using the vehicle to vehicle communication produces effects in this instance. Realization of the vehicle to vehicle communication technique requires precise location and time of communications. And also, it should be considered the spare time for communications. This paper clarifies precise location and time of communication in case of approaching from non-preferred road to preference road. The timing of vehicle to vehicle communications and the spare time for communications are considered.
