Description
Summary:Many cultural institutions lack an active policy to present to the public their collections, products and services. That is not the case of the Biblioteca Valenciana Nicolau Primitiu that in recent years has offered a wide range of guided tours (cultural, specialized, theatrical, virtual) to publicize both the library and the Monastery of San Miguel de los Reyes, building declared BIC in 2008 but located in a peripheral and degraded zone of Valencia. In the study, we analyze these visits, the results achieved and the possible improvements to include.
