First-principles study of origin of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in MgO|CoFeB|Ta structures
Using fist-principles calculations, we study the B atom of diffusion process and the origin of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in MgO|CoFe|Ta structures with boron.
