Summary:It is known that hypersensitivity reactions such as erythema, itchy papulovesicular lesions against metal can occur. It is known as beryllium, nickel, cobalt, chrome sensitizing metals. Titanium, tantalum, vanadium are rarely reported. The skin lesions developed after internal fixation with distal fibula fracture in our patient. The different treatments were applied for skin lesions of our patients but lesions which did not respond to any medical treatment disappeared by implant extraction. In this article we aimed to draw attention to the rare titanium allergy.
