| description | This paper seeks to analyze the perspectives of peaceful settlement of labour disputes in the Republic of Serbia and to answer the basic questions concerning this field, in a scientifically valid way. The paper encompasses and processes the methods of peaceful settlement of labor disputes in the Republic of Serbia, the ways of realization in the legal system, with a special emphasis on the activities and results of the Republic Agency for peaceful settlement of labor disputes. The initial hypothetical claims that with increased confidence in the institute of peaceful resolution of labor disputes, the prospects for peaceful resolution are growing, were tested with empirical research. The results of the research process, conducted during the second half of 2016, have been analyzed and presented in the last section of the paper. In order to comprehensively examine and re-examine the basis and sustainability of hypotheses, the survey included 330 interviewees of different educational backgrounds. The author analyses and displays the results obtained. |
