Description
Summary:In this article, the results of the research conducted to study the growth dynamics of the fruits of plants belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family, the fruit growth took place along a simple sigmoid curve: at first, the size and weight of the fruit increased exponentially, then this process slowed down, and it was given with an in-depth scientific analysis. It was noted that the ratio of fruit formation and ripening periods was 1:2 in "Uzbeksky 740" and "Margelansky 822" varieties of cucumber, and that the period of fruit formation in "Uzbeksky 452" and "Kuzybay 30" watermelon varieties was slightly longer than its ripening period.
