description The subject of this research is students of high educational organizations, their socioeconomic status, level of movement activity and their health related behaviour. The objective of the research is to acquire general insight into students’ behavi- our in relation to personal physical and body culture, physical and psychical health. A presumption is that different socio-economic status of students to the significant extent influences the abilities of the students to attend optional sports activities, to participate in sports-recreational contents for the student youth. The objective of the research is identification of typical groups of students of re- lated structures of socioeconomic status in relation to them, analysis of the scope of movement activities, organization of the daily regime of working and resting (watching television, studying and computer work), food regime, as well as self assessment of he- alth and life-style quality and relation to body weight. 300 students were included through the method of mass sociological inquiry (mo- dified HBSC). Five typical groups of students of related structures of socioeconomic status have been identified through cluster analysis of statistical importance of p<.0001. Percentage structure has been established, as well as componential structure of five typical groups of students of the related socioeconomic status in relation to move- ment activities, organization of daily regime of working and resting, food regime and assessment of health and life-style quality established by the factor analysis (main com- ponent method). Within three typical groups of students seven main components have been iden- tified with the common variance of 69.1 % to 77.2 %, in the third group, there were five main components of the common variance of 82.7 %, and in the fourth group of the re- lated structure of socio-economic status, there were six main components of the common variance of 84.5 % . A comparative analysis has been carried out for every main component of any of the identified groups of socio-economic status of students.
