However, it is now prevented from carrying on the Raubwirtschaft policy by a strong population increase in the Highlands and in the Lowlands that were conquered during the reign of Menilek. Located in the heart of the cold tropics in the Horn of Africa, will the "African Switzerland" of 19th century Europeans survive the "shock of the Anthropocene"?
