description In this study the writer tried to find out the relation between the standard of achievement of Islamic culture, and verbal reasoning of Arabic and non-Arabic speaking students. The sample of students is composed of: A. 47 students attending the Institute of Arabic Language of King Saud University. b. 44 students of the College of Education of King Saud University, who have studied at least two Islamic culture courses in their undergraduate study. C. 18 students of the College of Education of King Saud University, who have not yet studied Islamic culture courses in their undergraduate study. The writer selected three tests to measure the Islamic culture, and used a test of verbal reasoning to measure verbal reasoning. The writer calculated coefficients of reliability validity, and the correlation between the tests of Islamic culture and the test of verbal reasoning. In conclusion the writer was able to fing out a positive relation between the standard of achievement of Islamic culture and verbal reasoning between Arabic and non-Arabic speaking students.
