Presents clinical cases of paroxysmal disorders of consciousness with decompensated conditions: lung disease, liver and thyroid. The work will be useful for a wide range of doctors, especially specialists in family medicine.   Key words: paroxysmal disorders of consciousness, somatoneurology, pulmonary, hepatic, thyrotoxic encephalopathy.
