| Summary: | The article analyzes the current scientific approaches to defining the essence of financial strategy as one of the most important components of a strategy for the development of logistical systems. Both the external and the internal environment factors that influence the development of logistical systems have been summarized. In the course of the analysis of current financial management theory and practice, the author identifies the characteristics of formation of an integrated financial-logistical strategy together with the factors that are responsible for possible financial risks in designing a strategy for the development of logistical system. The stages of formation of an integrated financial-logistical strategy and ways to improve the practice of strategic planning of logistical activities have been proposed. |
