| Summary: | Trends in the modern development of the economic situation in Ukraine are characterized by high dynamism, intensification of structural changes in favor of the service sector, an exacerbation of the competitive struggle. The processes in the external environment adopt the features of complexity, complementarity and interdependence. These phenomena necessitate a scientific search for new mechanisms and methods of strategic management, whose core is the development strategy of the hotel enterprise. The article proposes a study of strategic approaches to the development of hotel and recreational activities in the Odessa region. |
