description The purpose of this study is to adapt “Gender Role Attitudes Scale” into Turkish. and to conduct the validity and reliability analyses. The research was conducted in three stages. A total of 326, 278 and 57 undergraduates took part in the first, second, and third stages of the study, respectively. The first stage comprised of translation works, exploratory factor analysis, the second stage comprised of confirmatory factor analysis, compliance validity and reliability. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, %38.6 of total variance of the Scale. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, it was observed that the adapted scale had a good fit. The compliance validity of scale was examined by the Ambivalent Sexism Scale. The research also suggests that parameter of internal consistency of the scale is found as .88 and test-retest reliability parameter proves .77. The results indicated that Turkish form of GRAS is a valid and reliable.
