Summary:The authors synthesized samples and studied the structure of piezoelectric ceramics based on sodium and lithium niobates Li1-xNaxNbO3. A significant dependence of the grain formation during sintering of the samples on the ratio Li / Na is revealed. Based on the analysis of the structure and measurement of the temperature dependence of the dielectric constant, the optimal compositions for practical application are proposed Li0,1Na0,9NbO3 and Li0,4Na0,6NbO3.
