Summary:Palynological studies of the Mesozoic era in Poland began in the 1950s. These investigations developed in many directions, including stratigraphy, systematics of spores and pollen grains and their botanical affinities, as well as paleoecological and paleoclimatic interpretations. In this study, we provide an overview of the most important achievements in Mesozoic terrestrial palynology in Poland.
