Description
Summary:The influence of the isolation by distance on the populational Ag-polymorphism among the natives of the Kursk region. Using the visual semi-quantitative method of silverung of the chromosomes' kernal forming areas (kfa), their populational polymorphism among the natives of the Kursk region has been estimated. Their functional activity of the chromosomes' kfa proved to be 19,06 ± 0,14 conventional units (c.u.) with a small amount of kfa being 0 and 4 c.u. in size, which appear to be genetical markers of the isolation by distance in a population.
