Description
Summary:Productivity is one of the main factors in assessing the optimal use of data in industrial production. By evaluation and comparison of productivity in different organizations and industries, a proper planning can be presented to improve the industry and development of the country. For this purpose, we tried to analyze the indicators of productivity in manufacturing industries by using PROMETHEE technique in a five-year period. In this regard, we assessed six factors: Labor Productivity, Capital Productivity, Energy Productivity, Total Factor Productivity, per capita Sales, Net profit margin in five industries: automotive, steel, mining, petrochemicals, and basic metals. The results indicate a more favorable situation in the steel industry. Also, in 2012 the highest level of productivity in all manufacturing industries was achieved and its lowest value was observed in 2010.
